According to the company documents disclosed by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), PikNik & Company, a San Diego-based Web3 data storage service provider, has completed financing of US$2.98 million, but the investor information has not yet been disclosed. PikNik & Company builds "Web3 Storage as a Service (MaaS)" on the Filecoin network to accelerate the supply and demand efficiency of decentralized network cloud storage and securely store data and files on the IPFS network.
