The funds will help Giga Energy expand its business in the United States and other regions. A source with direct knowledge of the matter confirmed that Giga Energy is raising a $10 million Series A, having previously raised $3.6 million in two rounds: a Pre-Seed round of $1.1 million in August 2021, followed by a March 2022 round. The month's seed round raised $2.5 million. Investors in both rounds included Magic Internet Money and Ten31.
